3B NUCLEASE FREE WATER

3B Nuclease free water is extremely pure molecular biology grade water, which is suitable for all PCR, RT-PCR and electrophoresis applications. Purification of ultra pure water is carried out with a pharmaceutical grade, absolute 0.22 µm membrane filter that is recommended for most analytical applications. Each lot is PCR-tested with universal primers and certified to be free of DNA contamination.

3B 10X STANDARD REACTION BUFFER WITH MgCl2

3B Reaction Buffer is a 10X reaction buffer [75mM Tris HCL (pH-9.0), 2mM MgCl2, 50mM KCl, 20mM (NH4) SO4] supplied with 3B DNA Polymerase and 3B Hot start DNA Polymerase. 3B 10X Reaction buffer can be used with routine PCR applications.

3B Reaction Buffer MgCl2 Free is a 10X reaction buffer [75mM Tris HCL (pH-9.0), 50mM KCl, 20mM (NH4) SO4] supplied with 3B DNA Polymerase and 3B Hot start DNA Polymerase. 3B 10X Reaction buffer can be used with routine PCR applications.

50mM MgCl2

Magnesium chloride solution is provided with 3B DNA polymerase to optimising the magnesium concentration. This solution is supplied at a concentration of 50mM in ultrapure water.
