ARUSHI is a Bhopal based not-for-profit organization working with and for people with disabilities and issues related to them. The basic objective of ARUSHI’s work is to generate opportunities and develop capacities in people with disabilities.
ARUSHI works with children and adults who need special care, education and training to deal with situations at different stages of their life.
3B BlackBio Dx Limited collaborated with ARUSHI to upgrade their upgrading its’ Occupational Therapy Centre for children with special abilities. The main objective of this project is to upgrade the occupational therapy department with best equipment and variety of activities for children with Autism, Children with Delayed Development and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder.

Army Wives Welfare Association or AWWA for short is an association that works for the welfare of the spouses, children and dependents of Army personnel. AWWA works on the premise that a soldier performs best in his line of duty when he knows that his family back home is taken care of now and for all time to come. The aim of the Army Wives Welfare Association therefore is to support and augment the official welfare efforts within the Indian Army, focusing primarily on the welfare of families, children and widows of all ranks including those of retired personnel of the Army.
3B BlackBio Dx Limited through projects at AWWA is supporting families of the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty.

Sightsavers is an international organisation that works with partners in more than 30 countries to eliminate avoidable blindness, and fight for the rights and needs of people with disability.
Sightsavers’ work in India has enabled thousands of people to lead lives of independence and dignity. They have been working with local partners to strengthen organisations and communities, and have supported the treatment of millions of people with eye disorders. They have educated, counseled, trained and rehabilitated people who are visually impaired or blind, and helped extend the reach of eye services to the least served areas of India.
3B collaborated with Sightsavers to provide support for their project “Netra Vasant” - Rural Eye Health Programme Chhindwara; the scope of work is to identify patients with cataract in the selected blocks of Chhindwara district and conduct eye screening services. Our contribution will enable Sightsavers to reach the poor, especially the marginalized / underserved population in Chhindwara district in Madhya Pradesh. It will also support Sightsavers in training community health workers to help provide better eye healthcare to the people of this region.
Under this initiative, Sightsavers will conduct 50 camps across the region benefitting more than 4000 people by providing them with eye screenings and referring them to treatments accordingly.

Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission are worldwide, non-political, non-sectarian spiritual organizations which have been engaged in various forms of humanitarian, social service activities for more than a century. Inspired by the ideals of renunciation and service, the monks and lay devotees of the Math and Mission serve millions of men, women and children, without any distinction of caste, religion or race, because they see the living God in them.
The math and mission run around 1200 educational institutions (schools, colleges, a deemed university); 14 hospitals, 116 Dispensaries, 57 Mobile-Medical Units, 7 Nursing Training Institutes. Medical camps and eye camps are organized regularly for rural and needy patients. They conduct relief and rehabilitation operations, during natural or man-made disasters, rehabilitation activities include construction of houses, townships, bridges and roads. The Math and the Mission also provide various services for the development of rural areas.
During the Amphan super-cyclone, Ramakrishna Mission undertook a project for relief and rehabilitation services. The project's two objectives included: providing primary relief and then ascertaining the number of houses adversely affected by the cyclone and helping them rebuild their roofs for the number of around 199 houses. 3B made a contribution for the construction of a primary school as part of the relief and rehabilitation services.

Muskaan is a non-profit organization which works with vulnerable slum communities in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh on issues of education, identity, violence, health and survival needs. Their primary focus is on the education of children unable to access mainstream schools. Other programs differ across slums, depending on the critical needs of the community and the capacities and resources within the organization to address them. They recognized a need to sustain the effort to really make ‘education’ a workable option for children in these communities, and therefore took on the decision to formulate an organization. New members joining the team brought their perspective on poverty and gender and enriched the response of the organization.
Under their CSR initiative, 3B collaborated with Muskaan to facilitate projects under “Livelihood Development Programs”; the aim of one of the programs is to provide baking training to a group of 20 students at IHM Bhopal. This was done in joint collaboration with IHM to bear the cost of the education of these students. This initiative will enable these students to find and sustain a good means of making an income and supporting themselves and their families while Muskaan will provide support to them to help develop and improve their resumes to help increase their chances of successfully getting employed. 3B also made additional contributions to cover the cost of transportation for these students and provided financial support to some of the older students to set up their food carts in market areas to sustain themselves and support their families.

Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) established on January 15, 1989 is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the upliftment of tribals. FTS runs One Teacher School (OTS) or Ekal Vidyalaya, which imparts non- formal primary education to children between 6 and 14 years of age. An OTS typically comprises 25 – 30 children of classes I to III. An Ekal Vidyalaya imparts five-fold education; primary education, health care education, development education, awareness education and sanskar education. As on March 31, 2021, FTS was running 102,552 Ekal Vidyalaya supporting basic education of 26,32,065 students. Development Education or Gramothan is another aspect of Ekal’s five fold education which has been considered necessary after running of OTSs in the villages. Out of the realisation that the village community should be linked with a self – sustainable economic development programs by using local resources.
3B BlackBio is supporting the FTS to set up "Ekal Vidyalaya" in the villages in Tribal areas of Raisen, Bareli and Betul districts of Madhya Pradesh.
