TRUPCR® TORCH Panel Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for qualitative detection and differentiation of Toxoplasma gondii, Rubella virus, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes simplex virus 1 & 2 on Real-Time PCR. In this kit there are multiplexing reactions running in parallel in each tubes to detect different targets with the help of three different Channels/dyes (FAM/Green, Yellow/HEX/VIC & Orange/ROX/TEX Red).
