TRUPCR® TORCH Panel Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for qualitative detection and differentiation of Toxoplasma gondii, Rubella virus, Cytomegalovirus, Herpes simplex virus 1 & 2 on Real-Time PCR.
In this kit there is a multiplex reaction are running in parallel in two tubes: the first tube detects Cytomegalovirus in FAM channel, Toxoplasma gondii in HEX channel & Rubella virus in Texas Red channel and in second tube detects Herpes Simplex Virus-1 (HSV-1) in FAM channel, Herpes Simplex Virus-2 (HSV-2) in HEX channel & endogenous internal control (IC) DNA in Texas Red channel which allows excluding unreliable results.
