The TRUPCR ® Paediatric Leukemia Panel Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of 18 markers of paediatric leukemia in peripheral blood samples using Real-Time PCR system. TRUPCR® Paediatric Leukemia Panel Kit requires cDNA as template. RNA should be extracted from the samples and then it should be converted to cDNA using components provided in kit
