TRUPCR® Toxoplasma Detection Kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification assay for the qualitative detection of Toxoplasma spp using Real Time PCR System. Each test is a multiplex reaction with two independent reactions running in parallel in which one target is for Toxoplasma spp detection in Hex/Yellow channel and another one for internal control (IC) detection in Tex Red/orange channel.
